Delivery and Returns

I hope you love your handmade pottery and ceramics, but I know that sometimes, it doesn’t always work out. For that reason, I offer the following returns, exchanges and cancellations terms.

Returns and Exchanges

Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged.

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom handmade pottery or personalised orders

If you change your mind about your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, we will refund it, minus your shipping fees, once the item has been returned to us, unused, undamaged and in a saleable condition. Return postage will be paid by you. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods after contact has been made with us.

On receipt of your order, if you have any problems, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of order.


This Site uses Stripe Payments and accepts most major credit cards. We also offer payments via PayPal and Apple Pay.


All individual items are shipped via Royal Mail or courier and if we have them in stock we will despatch them within 1-3 days. If you order more than 2 items we may ship via a courier – please contact us for a shipping quote.

If you order more than one item & part of your order is made to order, we will ship all items together when ready.

Should the item you order be on ‘back order’, we will contact you with up-to-date delivery times. Back orders take a minimum of 3 weeks to produce.

We currently only ship within the UK. If you would like to buy from outside the UK please contact me for a shipping quote. Any orders sent outside the UK are liable for import duties, taxes & handling charges, which you as a buyer, would be liable for.


If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Please include photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no extra cost. If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer a suitable alternative or a credit note. We may request that the Product is returned to us, in which case we will refund any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us as long as this does not exceed the amount you paid for the item to be delivered by us.
