Pottery Classes
Fancy having a go at pottery and making some of your own creations? I teach weekly pottery classes at The Shire Workshops, Wilbarston near Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Classes run Mon – Sat in blocks of 8 weeks and full details of what is covered on the course, and how to book are on The Shire Workshops website.
Pottery Classes are as follows:

Each block of 8 weeks runs on the same time and day every week. The cost of the 8-week block is £150.00 plus an amount for each pot you want to fire. We teach you hand building using coil and slab techniques, and throwing pottery on the potter’s wheel during the course. We don’t constrict you to making specific items, preferring instead to support and guide you in making your own creations that you can then enjoy at home, in your garden, or as gifts for friends and family.
