Coastal Mug

Handmade pottery mug. Coastal glaze design. Stoneware grey clay with hand-painted glazes. The mug is thrown on the pottery wheel. It is then trimmed to include a foot, the handle is pulled and attached. After the first bisque firing, glazes are hand-painted to create the coastal effect. The mugs then go through their final stoneware firing. The mugs are designed to sit beautifully in your hand, with a good handle and a comfortable lip. The designed foot means that these mugs stack for storage.
